Cooking week at Kengisbruk

21-25 of September we have been at Kengis Bruk to learn us arrange and cook for a larger group of people.
Our big mission was to make a dinner party for 30 guests.

For this dinner party we tried to collect as much as possible of the ingredients by ourselves.
So we were out hunting,picking berries and mushrooms.

On the party we had several delicacy from the area such as, Black Grouse, Capercaillie, Reindeer, Elk, Bear, Cloudberry and Char, to mention a few.

The dinner party at the end of the week went really well and the guest seemed satisfied with the arrangement and the food :)

Thanks to Björn for letting us have the cabins and the cafe.
